Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Summit Hospitality Group have opened the first Hyatt-branded hotel in the Raleigh area of North Carolina, US.
The Hyatt Place Durham / Southpoint is located adjacent to The Streets at Southpoint, the region’s premier shopping destination, and is in close proximity to Research Triangle Park and Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
Hyatt Place Durham / Southpoint has 164 rooms, all of which feature a 42in HDTV, the Hyatt Grand Bed, a Cozy Corner sectional sofa, free Wi-Fi and a complimentary a.m. Kitchen Skillet breakfast for guests.
The property also features 2,100ft² of high-tech meeting / function space, a 24/7 Gallery Menu serving made-to-order entrees and appetisers around the clock, and a Coffee to Cocktails Bar featuring coffee, beer, wine and cocktails.
