Covering 138 acres of land area, the luxury resort will feature 150 rooms including 46 villas, with gardens, outdoor entertainment and sports facilities on the open spaces.

The luxury hotel will have several restaurants, a bar and conference facilities.

The project will also include an advanced wellness centre that will fall under IHCL’s brand of Jiva Spa.

IHCL will now have 27 hotels across brands in the state.

In July last year, the IHCL, which is the parent company of the Taj hotels, announced its plans to revamp its exclusive business club, The Chambers.
