Universal Orlando Resort, an American theme park and entertainment resort complex based in Orlando, Florida, will open its eighth hotel, Dockside Inn and Suites, on 17 March 2020.

The new hotel will be part of Universal’s Endless Summer Resort.

Dockside Inn and Suites, an extra-affordable value category hotel, will join Surfside Inn and Suites, its sister property at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort that was inaugurated in June 2019.

The opening of the Dockside Inn and Suites will add 2,050 guest rooms to the company’s hotel portfolio by the end of 2020.

This will include standard rooms and spacious two-bedroom suites, which can accommodate up to six people.

The company said that Dockside Inn and Suites will provide guests with an opportunity to unwind in a carefree escape that will blend the cool, calm feeling of a beach retreat.
