Universal Orlando Resort, an American theme park and entertainment resort complex based in Orlando, Florida, will open its eighth hotel, Dockside Inn and Suites, on 17 March 2020.
The new hotel will be part of Universal’s Endless Summer Resort.
Dockside Inn and Suites, an extra-affordable value category hotel, will join Surfside Inn and Suites, its sister property at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort that was inaugurated in June 2019.
The opening of the Dockside Inn and Suites will add 2,050 guest rooms to the company’s hotel portfolio by the end of 2020.
This will include standard rooms and spacious two-bedroom suites, which can accommodate up to six people.
The company said that Dockside Inn and Suites will provide guests with an opportunity to unwind in a carefree escape that will blend the cool, calm feeling of a beach retreat.
It claimed that the Endless Summer Resort offers rates starting at just $85 per night, along with the quality guests expect from a Universal Orlando hotel and an extra-affordable price point.
Hotel guests will also receive exclusive benefits, such as Early Park Admission and complimentary transportation to and from the theme parks, which will create a complete vacation experience.
Dockside Inn and Suites will be Universal Orlando Resort’s eighth property in partnership with Loews Hotels, offering the guests a hotel choice for every style and budget.
Guests at a Universal Orlando hotel will also be able to experience three theme parks, including Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
In addition to the added value and convenience, guests at Dockside Inn and Suites can experience some of the immersive theme park experiences, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, TRANSFORMERS: The Ride-3D as well as The Bourne Stuntacular, which will make its debut at Universal Studios Florida in spring 2020.
