US-based hotel owner-operator MCR has purchased the privately-operated three-star hotel Inn of Naples located in Tamiami Trail North, Florida.
Plans are in place to convert the hotel to a Hilton Tapestry. The company will open the new Inn of Naples Hotel & Suites Tapestry by Hilton in August this year.
Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
MCR noted that the hotel will remain open during the time. It features 99 pet-friendly rooms and suites equipped with mini fridges and coffeemakers.
In addition, every guestroom and suite at the hotel offers private balconies.
The hotel offers a free daily grab and go breakfast, free high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour fitness room, and heated outdoor pool with lounges and tables for dining al fresco.
It also provides 1,000ft2 of meeting and event space that can house up to 30 people, complimentary parking and on-site laundry.
Guests can enjoy the greenery view at the hotel due to its proximity to over a dozen golf championship courses.
The Inn of Naples also offers quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, Naples Beach and Clam Pass Park, shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue South, the art and antiques dealers and more.
MCR has a portfolio of 99 premium-branded hotels comprising 13,000 guestrooms across 30 states and 75 cities in the US. It operates hotels under 12 Marriott and Hilton brands.
