Wyndham Hotel Group has signed an agreement with online travel company Expedia to use its distribution channel to increase brand awareness across the globe.
Under the agreement, Wyndham Hotel Group will be seen on 90 Expedia and Hotels.com sites in 60 countries, as well as on 10,000 active affiliate sites through the Expedia Affiliate Network.
The alliance will provide Wyndham Group with a portfolio of distribution strategies to ensure it reaches travellers in a meaningful and cost-efficient manner.
“Expedia provides Wyndham Hotel Group with a valuable and efficient online distribution channel,” said Wyndham Hotel Group senior vice president of electronic distribution Linda Kent.
Wyndham Hotel Group comprises 12 hotel chains including well-known brands Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Ramada and Days Inn.
