QHotels has appointed Retail Eyes to audit the conference delivery of its 21 UK hotels from January 2011.
Retail Eyes will audit the company’s hotels through its re:confirm audit service to ensure every conference is delivered to a standard that meets customer and hotel expectations.
The auditor will assess areas such as cleanliness and the layout and quality of rooms. Feedback will be taken in real time via re:view, Retail Eyes’ proprietary web-based reporting suite, along with photographic evidence.
Hotel management will be able to access the live online analysis report suite and will send SMS text and email alerts to address issues quickly.
The team will also debrief hotel management to assess standards of service and identify any areas for improvement.
QHotels operates four-star luxury hotels in the UK.
