Wyndham Hotel Group has signed an agreement with Chatwal Hotels & Resorts to franchise and manage its Dream and Night boutique hotel brands globally.
Wyndham Hotel Group president and chief executive officer Eric Danziger said the addition of the Dream and Night brands will complement Wyndham Hotel Group’s diverse brand portfolio.
Wyndham will use its global distribution system, rewards loyalty programme and extended reach of development professionals.
Chatwal will continue to own the Dream and Night brand trademarks and intellectual property.
Wyndham plans to develop the Night brand in primary and secondary markets, while the Dream brand is positioned as a full-service, lifestyle brand for gateway cities and resort destinations.
Dream and Night hotels’ portfolio includes properties in New York, Bangkok and throughout India.
In addition, a new 108-room Dream South Beach is scheduled to open in early 2011 in Florida, US.
