Orient-Express Hotels has signed a multi-year deal with Pegasus Solutions to use its central reservation system RezView NG, internet booking engine NetBooker NG and private label voice services at its properties.

RezView NG offers interfaces with a variety of property systems and allows the management of room and non-room inventory, availability status, restrictions, pricing and policies per property preference.

Pegasus’s booking engine NetBooker NG can integrate with RezView NG and any other third-party systems to sell hotel rooms.

Pegasus private label voice services will offer trained and sales-focused support in 11 languages for 40 countries, enabling Orient-Express to capture international bookings in major centres such as South America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
