Accor is to expand in Indonesia with 21 new hotels, which will add 4,526 new rooms to its portfolio.
This will increase the company’s hotels in the area to 74, including 40 existing hotels and 13 properties announced previously.
The 21 hotels include the 316-room hotel Pullman Jakarta Central Park, which will open in 2011; and the 230-room Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada; the 151-room The Kuta Beach Heritage (MGallery); the 604-room Ibis Bandung Supermal; the 200-room All Seasons Bali Nusa Dua; and 183-room All Seasons Bali Benoa, which will all open in 2012.
In 2013, the hotel group will also open the 180-room Novotel Banjarmasin Airport; the 240-room Mercure Palu; the 169-room Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera; the 200-room Ibis Makassar Losari; the 198-room Ibis Jakarta Senen; the 150-room Formule1 Semarang; the 136-room Formule1 Bali Kuta Sunset Road; the 200-room Formule1 Jakarta Daan Mogot; the 186-room Formule1 Yogyakarta Jend Sudirman; the 120-room Bali Kuta Dewi Sri; the 189-room Bali Kuta Circle; and the 196-room Jakarta Thamrin.
Hotels to open in 2014 include the 230-room Mercure Pekanbaru, the 208-room Novotel Sentul and the 240-room Ibis Jakarta Cawang.
