Penn National Gaming has acquired the M Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas, US, for $230.5m.

M Resort Spa Casino, which is situated on a 90 acres site at the south-east corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and St Rose Parkway, opened in March 2009.

The resort features 8,547m² of gaming space, 390 guestrooms and suites, nine restaurants, five destination bars, 5,574m² of meeting and conference space, a 4,700-space parking facility, a spa and fitness centre, and a 9,290m² events piazza.

The resort’s master plan also offers the potential to develop up to 92,903m² of retail space and a multi-screen digital cinema complex.
