Noble Investment Group has bought the 160-suite Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown / 17th Street in Georgia, US.

The hotel is surrounded by 24 million square feet of office space and will undergo a renovation of its public areas and guestrooms.

Noble’s managing principal and chief investment officer Rodney Williams said the acquisition is another example of its strategy to invest in urban select service and extended stay hotels affiliated with premium brands.

Noble has invested more than $1.8bn in hotels and resorts, and manages more than 10,000 hotel and resort guestrooms throughout the US.
