The 11-storey property will have 12,000ft² of meeting space, including a 3,200ft² ballroom and a 130-seat restaurant.

The Monaco will boost Center City's hotel inventory to approximately 10,700 rooms and joins the 136-unit Homewood Suites in University City as the only two hotels to open next year.
