The Atlanta Airport Marriott Hotel in the US is introducing a range of state-of-the-art digital devices in its guestrooms.

The in-room technology includes a connectivity panel that guests can plug their digital devices into, including laptops, camcorders, digital cameras, video games and ipods.

The panel is connected to a 32-inch LCD screen which can be split to display more than one device at a time.

Guests can now watch television while surfing the internet, or listen to their iPod while playing video games.

Michelle Burkett, Director of marketing at the hotel, says the technology package is “unlike anything else in the area.”

“The 32-inch LCD flat panel television is a big differentiator in the guest experience, and the ease of connectivity to laptops and other digital devices enhance the satisfaction of our guests,” she says.
