UK hotel operator Ramada Jarvis has revamped its website as part of its new online strategy.
The new online booking process is tailored to suit individual needs, allowing corporate partners, travel agents and guests to have their specific rates delivered to them.
Director of distribution and e-commerce Gareth Gaston says the changes anticipate an 18% increase in conversion rates.
“Our new approach opens up an untapped channel that will allow us to market to companies and agencies that currently have to book their rates to the call centre or hotel,” he says.
“These changes will enable us to offer all customers, on a 24/7 basis, access to rates at a very low transaction cost.”
