Hyatt Hotels has launched a web-based check-in and check-out service for guests at 100 US properties.
The Web-In service allows guests to check-in online any time after 1pm on the day of arrival.
Guests then collect room keys from kiosks in the hotel lobby.
Web-Out is an email-based service where guests receive an email on the day of departure with a check-out link.
Once payment has been confirmed, the guest receives an email receipt.
Hyatt also plans to introduce a room selection function over the course of the year, where guests view floor plans of rooms and availability to select the room of their choice.
