Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment will provide New York’s Plaza Hotel with its OneView Media platform.
The touch-screen system allows guests to make restaurant and theatre reservations, control in-room entertainment and order hotel services.
Plaza manager Shane Krige says the hotel wanted to deliver a seamless experience.
“The ability to shape every aspect of the guest experience was critical to us for the reopening of the Plaza,” he says.
“We wanted to be able to define each component of the system to match the unrivalled service our guests receive at every touch point throughout the hotel.”
The Fairmont-operated Plaza is due to reopen following extensive renovations.
