The Real Hotel Company has launched its purplehotels brand in Scotland.
The 103-room property near Glasgow Airport is the 11th purplehotel in the UK.
The firm operates close to 1,000 rooms in the UK, with plans to increase to 4,000 rooms by 2012.
General manager Iain Hamilton says purplehotels aim to be “unstuffy” and relaxing.
“Each hotel has poetry on the wall, cool music to relax with and a ‘purple fragrance’ designed especially for us,” he says.
