Apex Hotels says it will appoint a board of mini directors to offer opinions on all aspects of the chain’s kids’ programmes.
Made up of six to 12-year olds, the ‘board’ will be asked their opinions on facilities in the hotels, including children’s menus and welcome packs.
Apex Managing Director Angela Vickers says the initiative will help the chain provide exactly what kids want.
“It makes sense to get the feedback directly from children about what children want when they stay at a hotel,” she says.
“We are very much looking forward to what our new mini board of directors have to say.”
The board will be appointed later this year.
