Indian property developer DLF and Hilton Hotels Corporation have announced management agreements for seven new hotels in the pipeline in India.
This marks the second stage in the DLF-Hilton joint venture’s strategic development plans to build and develop 75 hotels in India in the next five to seven years.
The new projects will bring the total number of new hotels developed by DLF-Hilton to 16, comprising 3,500 rooms.
The new hotels in New Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai and Trivandrum will operate under the Hilton, Garden inn, Homewood Suites and Hilton Residences brands.
