Kempinski Hotel and Resorts has appointed Duncan O’Rourke as its new Chief Operating Officer.
O’Rourke will take over the day-to-day running of Kempinski as well as the pre-opening of new projects.
O’Rourke previously opened six hotels and oversaw three Kempinski properties in Jordan, two in Lebanon and three in Syria.
He will take over from Michel Novatin, who will become CEO of sister company Shaza Hotels, on the 1 June.
