The city of Liverpool, England, is to transform former city council buildings into a boutique hotel as part of a £20m redevelopment scheme.
Newly-launched Vision Developments will drive the redevelopment, which includes the 50-room boutique hotel.
The hotel will be part of a scheme to transform the 100,000ft² scheme space into ‘Grade A’ offices in Crosshall and Victoria Street, say Vision Developments.
A planning application will be submitted in the autumn to replace the existing planning consent.
