Planning consent has been given to Chelsfield Partners for a 315-room expansion of its two luxury hotels in London, UK.

The existing Park Lane Mews Hotel in the central Mayfair area will be redeveloped into a five-star luxury boutique hotel featuring 75 rooms by Eric Parry Architects, the company said.

Another four-star luxury hotel, featuring 240 rooms with business and conference facilities, is planned to be built on the site of a former cinema in west London.

The second hotel site will be designed by Hamiltons for Chelsfield Partners and its development partner EADL.
