Construction of the Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla in India has neared completion and the hotel is expected to be opened later this month.

InterContinental Hotel brand Crowne Plaza is the owner of the 208-room upscale business hotel, which is spread over 2.1 acres.

The hotel features guestrooms, ballrooms, two restaurants including a French patisserie, and nine meeting rooms, which can accommodate 400 guests.

The hotel’s design will make it accessible to receive 60-65% natural daylight, thereby reducing energy consumption, the company said.
