Work is progressing on Liverpool’s Hotel Indigo after it received £10m ($14.9m) in funding from the UK’s Co-operative Bank.
The £15m ($22.5m) boutique hotel will be owned and operated by Sanguine Hospitality.
Set to open next year, the four-star hotel will include 151 rooms and will be the third Hotel Indigo in the UK.
Contractor Denizen will oversee construction, according to liverpooldailypost.co.uk.
Falconer Chester Hall Architects and FCH Interiors will carry out interior design work.
