Premier Group’s Airport Hotel to Open Ahead of World Cup in South Africa

Phase one of Premier Group's new OR Tambo International Airport hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa, will open ahead of the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Construction of the entire building will be completed by the end of May and a total of 160 rooms will be handed over by June this year.

The four star-plus hotel’s second phase will bring capacity to 280 rooms and will be handed over by the third quarter 2010, according to travelwires.com.

The R300 million($40 million) hotel will also comprise a business and conference centre with nine conference rooms and boardrooms and other signature amenities and dining options.
