Interstate Hotels & Resorts has opened the new 366-room Renaissance Moscow Monarch Centre in Moscow, Russia.
This will be the seventh Interstate-managed hotel in Russia.
The hotel is part of a mixed-use development built and owned by Monarch Open Joint Stock Company “Concern Monarch”.
It features individual guestrooms and suites, 40 extended-stay suites, a restaurant, lobby bar and lounge, an indoor swimming pool, fitness facilities, largest conference centre and a 6,600ft² ballroom.
The development includes a separate 33-floor office tower and a four-floor shopping mall, according to hotel-online.com.
