Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) plans to increase its presence with three hotel properties planned for the UAE in line with Abu Dhabi’s 2030 plan.
The company plans to deliver 1,500 rooms in the next two years through an investment of AED1.5bn ($408.5m).
Currently, ADNH has three new properties under construction, of which one will be managed under the Park Hyatt brand and two are yet to be signed up by operators.
The company is also building a hotel at a cost of AED1bn($272.3m) on Saadiyat Island.
ADNH has a total of 16 hotels in its portfolio, according to Reuters.
