The 607-room, 36-storey hotel will feature 10,000ft² of meeting space, 4,000ft² ballroom, ten smaller meeting rooms, business and fitness centres and other signature amenities.
The hotel has already received praise from the US Green Building Council, Green Buildings NYC and Hospitality Design for its commitment to be one of the most environmentally friendly hotels in New York.
