Plans to build a new $100m luxury hotel in Tobago will soon be underway.

The Tobago Government has allocated 15 acres on the Courland Estate at Black Rock for the proposed development undertaken by US-based Graham Hanover Voche.

The project will involve the construction of a 150-room resort and spa, six villas and 20 apartments.

Construction is expected to begin this year and will be completed in 2014, according to newsday.co.tt.
