The Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok in Thailand will be reopened today following its closure on 20 April.

The hotel suspended operations for the safety and security of its guests due to the increased violence that broke out in the capital city.

Erawan Hotels Group manages the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok and the Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok.

The hotel operator said revenues from the two hotels during April and May will drop by THB150m ($4.6m) compared with the same period last year, according to asiatraveltips.com
