London hotels achieved positive results for the first half of 2010, according to a quarterly report by business advisory firm Deloitte.

The latest issue of Hotel Market Outlook reports that London hotels saw revenue per available room (revPAR) increase by 9.3% to £102 during the first half of the year and expect to see revPAR growth reach 10.4% by the end of 2010.

Deloitte says increased average room rates, up by 7% to £129, along with higher room occupancy were the key drivers of growth.
