Canada’s largest nightclub operator Charles Khabouth along with Lifetime Developments has opened Bisha, a $150m hotel and condominium complex in Toronto.
The 41-storey facility will have in-house entertainment and food and beverage services within the 30,000ft² space.
The facility will also have 332 condominium suites between 379 and 1,600ft², which will be located on floors 10 to 39 of the hotel.
The hotel will have two bars, two restaurants, a 24-hour café, a 700ft² rooftop patio and a pool.
It will have two themed floors, including a black and red themed Rock and Roll floor and a Hollywood Floor with a Beverly Hills design.
