Four Seasons opens new hotel in Guangzhou, China

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has opened its new hotel, the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou in China.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has opened its new hotel, the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou in China.

Located in the top 30 floors of the 103-storey Guangzhou International Finance Center (GZIFC) building, the new 302-room Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou is the 88th property in the company’s international portfolio.

Guests will be provided with interiors naturally lit by floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest rooms and 42 suites, and on the 97th floor, the Presidential Suite has been given a makeover by artworks throughout 253m² of living space that includes a central living room and dining area.

Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou features six dining and entertainment venues.

Dining options also include the 72nd floor Caffe Mondo for Italian-inspired all-day dining and The Atrium in the 70th floor hotel lobby.

The 1,070m² Hua Spa offers a water-based treatment area with Vichy-style shower, rhassoul mud chamber, crystal steam room and laconium in the women’s area, in addition to a herbal steam bath, Swedish and Finnish sauna and ice fountain in the men’s area.

The Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou also offers a fitness centre equipped with gym equipment and a 25m horizon-edge lap pool, and with 3,585m² of event space it can accommodate large banquets in the three ballrooms – the Pearl Ballroom, Grand Ballroom and Onyx Ballroom.

Eight smaller meeting rooms are located on the first five floors of the IFC, along with the hotel’s business centre.

The hotel also features The Executive Club Lounge, which has its own private meeting space, concierge services and daily breakfast, refreshments and cocktails, on the 99th floor.
