Hotel developer White Lodging has announced that the Hilton Garden Inn Islip/MacArthur Airport in the US state of New York has completed a renovation project.
The 164-room Hilton Garden Inn Islip/MacArthur Airport underwent a renovation of all its guest rooms and meeting rooms, as well as its restaurant, lounge, lobby and fitness centre.
The hotel is owned by Apple Seven Hospitality and managed by White Lodging.
According to White Lodging, all Hilton Garden Inn hotels feature the Garden Sleep System bed, which provides self-adjusting, pressure-free support. The hotel also features both wired and WiFi Internet access in guestrooms and public spaces.
The hotel’s business centre now features Print Spots remote printing, which allows wireless printing from any laptop or PDA.
The hotel also features a Mirra desk chair, a work desk, and two speaker telephones equipped with data ports and voice mail.
Hilton Garden Inn Islip/MacArthur Airport will offer a restaurant, a pavilion pantry, a meeting room offering 1,100ft² of flexible space and an on-site guest laundry facility.
The hotel’s recreational facilities consist of an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool and a pavilion lobby featuring a lounge area with a television and fireplace.
The current portfolio of White Lodging comprises more than 158 hotels in 20 states and encompasses brands including Preferred Hotels, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, Hyatt Global, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, InterContinental Hotel Group and Carlson Hotels Worldwide.
