Pyramid Hotel Group is set to operate Florida-based Westin Imagine and Texas-based Holiday Inn San Antonio NW SeaWorld in the US.
The 315-room Westin Imagine is located adjacent to the Orlando Convention Center and is close to Universal Studios, SeaWorld Adventure Parks and the Walt Disney theme parks in Orlando.
The hotel caters to business and leisure travellers and features 7,100ft² of meeting space, a range of food and beverage options, the Westin WORKOUT Center and an outdoor heated swimming pool.
Close to business and tourist attractions including SeaWorld, the 194-room Holiday Inn San Antonio NW SeaWorld in San Antonio offers 5,500ft² of meeting space that has the capacity to accommodate groups of up to 350 people.
Amenities offered by the hotel include two restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre with an indoor lap pool.
Pyramid chief investment officer Warren Fields said the company aims to make improvements in the operating results and profitability of the properties.
"We look forward to the opportunity to continue to build on our long-term relationships with the hotels’ respective associates and ownership groups," Fields added.
The company noted that all of the hotels added to its management portfolio in 2011 have gained market share.
US-based independent hotel management company Pyramid Hotel Group has 65 hotels and resorts under hotel management and asset management, comprising more than 25,000 rooms, and operates independent four and five-star hotels and resorts.
