White Lodging Services has taken over the management contract for the Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton in Florida, US, owned by Apple Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
According to the hotel ownership, development and operations company, the deal marks its tenth management contract in Florida.
The hotel, which is close to Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, Palm Beach International Airport and Miami Dade International Airport, provides a shuttle service, a business centre, a fitness centre and a heated outdoor pool.
Guest amenities also include the Great American Grill, 2,400ft² of meeting space and a boardroom for up to 12 people, and 37in HD televisions with on-demand videos and games and complimentary HBO.
White Lodging Services chief operating officer Bryan Hayes said the acquisition will allow the company to continue to expand within Florida.
"We are thrilled to start our 36th management contract with Apple REIT, and look forward to continuing a strong relationship with them," Hayes added.
Described by the company as a key location between Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, the Hilton Garden Inn Boca Raton is close to Boca Raton and Delray Beaches, Atlantic Avenue and the golf courses in the South Florida area.
US-based White Lodging Services has a portfolio consisting of more than 158 hotels in 20 states and represents brands including Preferred Hotels, Marriott International, Hilton Worldwide, Hyatt Global, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, InterContinental Hotel Group and Carlson Hotels Worldwide.
