Canada-based InnVest REIT Hotels unveiled plans to rebrand 12 of its Holiday Inn hotels and four of its Holiday Inn Express hotels in Canada by the end of December 2010.

Lobbies and front entrances, guestrooms, bathrooms and restaurants will be remodelled and equipped with new signage and a logo.

As part of the programme InnVest will add a 176-room Holiday Inn hotel to its portfolio with the conversion of a former Radisson hotel in Laval on 1 November 2010.

The conversion will feature major upgrades to guestrooms and the hotel’s two restaurants.
