NH Hotels has converted a 19th-century mansion into a hotel to create the new NH Palacio de Tepa in Madrid, Spain.

The mansion was originally built in 1808 by Jorge Duran and was designed in part by Juan de Villanueva.

The new luxury five-star hotel is equipped with 84 rooms, which were designed by the architecture and design studio of Ramon Esteve in easy greys and beiges.

NH Hotels is a European-based hotel chain with 394 hotels in its portfolio.
