Brazil Hospitality Group (BHG) has unveiled plans to acquire two hotels in the city of Belem in Para, Brazil, adding another 190 rooms to its portfolio.
The properties are the 90-room Expresso XXI Batista Campos and the 100-room Expresso XXI Nazare, which are operated by Solare.
BHG also signed a memorandum of understanding for the development of the Tulip Inn hotel in Rio de Janeiro.
The agreement is part of the group’s strategy to develop economic-class hotels in the country.
BHG is the third-largest hotel group in Brazil.
