The new hotel will have 260 rooms, including 156 Grande Deluxe guestrooms, 46 Royal Premiere guestrooms and 39 Royal Club guestrooms.
The property will provide an all-day dining restaurant, an Indian restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, a rooftop Italian restaurant, a ballroom and eight meeting rooms.
The hotel will also feature a spa, a fitness centre and a swimming pool.
