The customers are Norwegian real estate firms IT Fornebu AS and Utstillningsplassen Eiendom AS.
The Nkr300m ($50.5m), 25,000m² property will feature 336 rooms, a spa and an energy centre.
Work will begin immediately and is expected to be complete by August 2012.
