MCR Development has acquired ten hotels in the US for $164m.

The properties, consisting of a total of 1,100 rooms, will be managed by MCR Property Management.

Six Marriott and four Hilton-branded hotels, located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, were acquired by MCR.

The brands include the Residence Inn by Marriott, Spring Hill Suites by Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Homewood Suites.

MCR owns and manages 16 hotels with 1,850 rooms and suites in nine US states.
