Starwood Hotels and Resorts is to open its new Four Points Sheraton hotel in Nashville, US, in August 2011.

The Sheraton Nashville-Brentwood will offer 208 guestrooms, dining facilities, a 1,219m² conference space, an outdoor pool, a gym and a business centre.

Owned by Eagle Hospitality, the former Holiday Inn hotel will undergo renovations to all guestrooms and public areas prior to the opening.

The hotel will be managed by Maximum Hospitality, which also manages Four Points by Sheraton Knoxville Cumberland House.

Starwood Hotels and Resorts operates 150 hotels in 24 countries.
