Hilton Worldwide is to open 11 new hotels in the Middle East and Africa this year.

The hotel major will open its first Doubletree and Conrad hotels in the region and its first hotel properties in Qatar, Jordan and Namibia.

Hilton is also looking to expand in Saudi Arabia with new hotels in Riyadh and Al Khobar, as well as in Kuwait, UAE and Egypt.

The hotel group has 28 hotel properties in the pipeline comprising 9,025 rooms, according to ttnworldwide.com.
