Zabeel Properties, a subsidiary of Zabeel Investments, has appointed Jumeirah Group to manage the five-star Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel, which is located on the west crescent of Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.

The 405-room hotel will feature 38 villas on the beach, ten restaurants, bars, a nightclub, boutiques, gardens, tennis courts and a fitness centre.

The property will also have a 8,000m² spa comprising 42 individual spa rooms and suites, an indoor swimming pool and three Turkish hammams.

The hotel is scheduled to open in January 2011.
