IHHR Hospitality has unveiled plans to invest Rs7.5bn ($165m) in developing new hotels across India over the next five years.
The group will open hotels in cities including Nagpur, Navi Mumbai, Coimbatore, Jaipur and Ahmadabad.
Last week IHHR opened its fourth Iista-brand hotel in Pune with a total investment of Rs2bn ($44m).
The hotel features 209 rooms, including 12 suites, two restaurants, 3,048m² of meeting space, a 1,066m² spa facility and a lounge bar.
IHHR has already invested Rs7.5bn ($163m) in hotel properties.
