Crow Holding’s real estate fund Crow Holdings Realty Partners has acquired the 496-room Hilton Alexandria Mark Center in Washington, US, from Amstar for $121m.
Amstar bought the 30-storey property in a joint venture with management partner Davidson Hotel Company in 2005 for $93.2m.
The partnership completed a $9.3m renovation in 2006 and refinanced the hotel in 2007.
The hotel has 5,109m² of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, including a 836m² meeting centre and a 929m² lakeside event space.
It also features 18 suites, an indoor / outdoor pool and a restaurant.
Davidson Hotel Company will continue to manage the hotel.
