Morgans Hotel Group and developer Cape Advisors will open the new Mondrian SoHo on 1 March 2011 in Manhattan, New York, US.

This is the third Mondrian-brand hotel to be opened by the company.

Morgans Hotel Group selected Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz to build Mondrian SoHo in collaboration with the company’s in-house design team.

The 270-room hotel comprises four suites each with a terrace, a 108.6m² penthouse on the 25th floor, a 150-seat restaurant and a lobby.
