The Rezidor Hotel Group is to open a new hotel property, Park Inn, to be located near the ExCeL Exhibition Centre in London, UK.

The hotel will feature 223 guest rooms, with most of the rooms offering views of the River Thames, as well as a restaurant and bar, meeting rooms and a fitness room.

The Park Inn will be located 200m from the ExCeL Exhibition Centre and will feature 45m² of events space including four meeting rooms.

The 20-storey hotel will be constructed by Galliford Try and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2013.
