Rezidor Hotel Group and its franchise partner Winn Hotel Group will open the Radisson Blu Riverside Hotel Gothenburg in western Sweden in the first quarter of 2013.

The property will feature 266 guest rooms and suites, a restaurant and bar, 150m² of meeting space and a spa centre with an indoor pool, sauna, gym and treatment rooms.

The hotel will be developed and owned by Swedish construction group Skanska.

Rezidor operates 65 hotels with 15,000 rooms (in operation or under development) in the Nordic region.
